### Title I: General Offenses

- Being visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol in public.

### Title II: Property Offenses

#### Section 2.01 - Theft

- Unauthorized taking of another person's property.

- Penalty: Fines, restitution, or arrest depending on the value of stolen items.

#### Section 2.02 - Vandalism

- Willful destruction of public or private property.

- Penalty: Fine, restitution, or arrest.

#### Section 2.03 - Burglary

- Unauthorized entry into a building or structure with the intent to commit a crime.

- Penalty: Arrest and potential additional charges.

- Intentionally causing physical harm or fear of harm to another person.
